Heather Mueller, Ed.D., is a Senior Consultant at TeamWorks, where she partners with organizations to lead strategic planning, strengthen leadership development, and foster system-wide alignment. With nearly 30 years in public education—as a teacher, continuous improvement coach, professional development coordinator, director of teaching and learning, and Minnesota’s Commissioner of Education—Heather brings both deep expertise and a grounded, equity-driven lens to every role. Her leadership is shaped by firsthand experience across classrooms, school districts, and state systems, and by a steadfast commitment to ensuring that every student feels seen, valued, and supported.
